Order Processing
All orders are made with care and intention. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Take Care by Tia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our boxes are curated specifically for you. Because of this, we may reach out after your purchase to confirm preferences. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.
Custom orders are final once they are approved.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in the creation process and cannot be canceled.
Preorders
If you purchase a preorder item, please note the estimated shipping date listed in the product description. Preorders allow us to create intentional, limited-quantity boxes.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they will ship together unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Take Care by Tia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
