What is Take Care by Tia?
Take Care by Tia is a curated self-care gift experience. Each box is thoughtfully put together with intention—whether you’re gifting someone else or taking time for yourself.
Are your boxes pre-made or customizable?
We offer both! Some boxes are pre-curated for a quick, beautiful option, while others can be customized to fit your preferences or the person you’re gifting. To customize, you can either "Build Your Own" box or contact us directly with the occasion and details. We will get you taken care of!
How does a "Build Your Own" Box order work?
Our Build a Box option lets you create a fully customized self-care gift box by choosing the items you want inside.
You choose your items through our Build a Box form, we review your selections, then send an invoice for payment. Once paid, your custom box is hand-packed and shipped with care.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please allow a full 2 weeks to receive your order.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your order sooner, message us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Are your boxes good for gifts?
Yes—our boxes are designed to be gift-ready. Each order is packaged with care to create a special unboxing experience.
Can I include a personalized message?
Absolutely. You can include a gift message at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s included in your box.
Do you accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
We will do our best to accommodate known allergies or sensitivities when this information is provided at checkout or prior to fulfillment. Please note any concerns (such as fragrance, skincare ingredients, or other sensitivities) when placing your order.
While care is taken in selection, products may be sourced from third-party suppliers, and we cannot guarantee that items are free from all allergens or produced in an allergen-free environment. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer preorders?
Yes! Some collections are available as preorders. Estimated shipping dates will always be listed in the product description.
